2. One-Time Service Charge

  • When you use our service, you agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable fee for the initial home warranty referral and service activation.
  • This payment covers administrative, referral, and onboarding costs only.
  • You understand that any further payments or subscriptions for home warranty coverage will be directly handled by Liberty Home Guard under their own terms and conditions.

3. Referral and Handoff to Liberty Home Guard

  • After your payment is processed, we will securely transfer your contact details and service preferences to Liberty Home Guard.
  • All further warranty services, customer care, claim handling, and coverage terms are governed by Liberty Home Guard.

4. No Liability for Ongoing Warranty Services

URBAN EDGE SERVICES LLC is not responsible for:

  • The performance, response time, quality, or coverage provided by Liberty Home Guard.
  • Denial of claims or limitations of service imposed by Liberty Home Guard.
  • Any financial loss or damages resulting from the actions or inactions of Liberty Home Guard.

Your agreement for warranty coverage will be subject solely to the terms of Liberty Home Guard.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into binding agreements.
  • All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
