Once the referral is made, all warranty services, contracts, and customer support are handled directly by Liberty Home Guard under their own terms and conditions.


2. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds:

A full refund may be granted only if:

  • Your information has not yet been referred to Liberty Home Guard.
    OR
  • You have not accepted or signed any service contract with Liberty Home Guard.

Ineligible Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase.
  • Your information has already been transferred to Liberty Home Guard.
  • You have already received, activated, or engaged in any service or agreement with Liberty Home Guard.
